Shipping

Our nativity scenes are ready to ship so your order will ship within 1 business day and reach you within 5 business days at the most after it has shipped.

We ship from Denver, Colorado, to US addresses via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Package tracking is provided on all packages.

Shipping rates may vary as we search for the best rate on each shipment. Shipping rates will be provided at checkout before you make your payment.

We CAN ship internationally but shipping fees are very high. Make sure you are aware of the final rate before placing your order.

Returns

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, within 14 days of delivery, at caroline@chateaudefanjeau.com.

Because we are a small business, If an item is returned, you will receive a refund or store credit for the cost of the item minus our shipping cost.

 

Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery for a refund or 30 days for store credit.

 

For exchange items, we will issue the applicable store credit upon return of the original item. You may then use that store credit to purchase your replacement item (current pricing will apply).
