Where does the name "Château de Fanjeau" come from?

Fanjeaux is a quaint village in the South of France near the fabulous Medieval city of Carcassonne where I settled with my family a few years ago... We absolutely love it there! I dropped the "x" for simplicity sake as well as make it visually "rhyme" with "château" which means "castle" in French.
